Uy egasi va uning oilasiga har safar uyga qaytganlarida dam olish muhitiga sho'ng'ish imkonini beruvchi klub uyi kontseptsiyasidan foydalangan. Mehmonlar va ovqat xonalari ochiq rejaga ega. Umumiy rang palitrasida oq va tabiiy yorug'lik ustunlik qiladi, chuqur tartib bilan to'ldiriladi va moddiy vositalarning mukammal bir-biriga mos kelishi orqali uyg'un haqiqatni etkazishga harakat qiladi. Ovqatlanish xonasi oynasi va tetanizatsiyalangan metallning aks ettiruvchi xususiyatlari mohir dizayn orqali hashamatning ruhiy muvozanatiga erishish uchun vizualni samarali ravishda kuchaytiradi, kengaytiradi va kengaytiradi.
