Social Corporate Ofis Lobbisi haqida

Ofis nafaqat ishlash joyi, balki fikr almashish joyi ham bo'lishi kerak. Social Corporate — Xitoyning Ningbo shahridagi ofis lobbisi. O'simliklar, toza havo va tabiat - bularning barchasi 2022 yilda uyda qolishning maxsus davridagi umumiy elementlardir. Har bir inson ish kunlarida yashil va qulay muhitga muhtoj. Lobbi maydoni nafaqat o'tish uchun, balki dizayner bu hududni qolish va zavqlanishni taklif qildi. Shuning uchun kosmosda san'at asarlari, kitob javonlari va qulay yashash joylari mavjud.

Social Corporate Ofis Lobbisi A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu ijodkorlik, zukkolik va topqirlik bilan ajralib turuvchi a’lo dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Bronza g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining keng tajribasi, tasavvuri va topqirligini tasdiqlovchi juda mohir va hayratlanarli darajada ijodiy buyumlardir. Social Corporate Ofis Lobbisi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. Social Corporate Ofis Lobbisi ehtiyojlarni go‘zal qondiradi, istaklarga tegadi, tuyg‘ularni maftun etadi va qiziqishni jalb qiladi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: Social Corporate is a office lobby at Ningbo, China. Plants, fresh air and nature are all common elements during this special 2022 stayathome period. Actually, we all need green and relax environment during our every working days. Lobby area is not only for passing through, designer proposed the area to stay and enjoy. Therefore there are artworks, books shelves, cozy seating areas in the space.

Dizayn muammosi: As the office lobby is quite big, around 450 square meter. Designer would like to provide a cozy and "work efficiently" space. Other then the main circulation, exhibition gallery, library and resting areas are also cleverly allocated.
Tadqiqot: As it is the office lobby, designer worked closely with the client about the function of the space. Designer would like to propose the space is not only a transitional space, it should be user friendly area where people like to stay, chat or read during free time. Designer spend much time to research the similar projects and explained to the cleints.
Ilhom: After the special year 2022 stayathome period in China, people all noted the importance of the nature, green and face to face interaction etc. Therefore designer proposed the theme Social Corporate for the lobby of office building. Office is not only the space for working, it should also be the place for idea exchanges. Designer would propose more relax and cozy office lobby where people would like to stay and enjoy. It also improved the work efficiently.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in August 2021 and finished in August 2022 in Ningbo, China.
Ish jarayoni: As the office lobby, traffic flow is very important. Designer left the clear circulation from the entrance to the lift lobby. At the entrance area, 6 meter high ceiling was specially provided in order to have better first impression to all passengers.
