Frequency là bộ sưu tập nội thất phiên bản giới hạn gồm một chiếc ghế thư giãn, đèn, ghế và bàn phụ, mỗi món đều lấy cảm hứng từ những tần số âm thanh gắn liền với sự chữa lành và cân bằng cảm xúc. Được làm từ nhôm đánh bóng, các tác phẩm được phát triển bằng công cụ trực quan hóa âm thanh và mô hình hóa kỹ thuật số, sau đó được chế tác thông qua kỹ thuật đúc truyền thống. Bộ sưu tập biến những sóng âm vô hình thành các hình khối điêu khắc hữu hình, mời gọi sự tương tác cảm giác và kết nối cảm xúc.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: The Frequency collection is an experimental design proposal that combines art and functionality, drawing inspiration from sound frequencies to promote healing and well being. Using advanced technology, such as sound visualizers, the ergonomic shapes of the pieces were designed to adapt to the body, creating a balanced emotional and physical experience. The use of aluminum, crafted with artisanal techniques, not only highlights the tradition of pre Hispanic metallurgy enriched by Spanish influence but also explores the contemporary possibilities of this noble material. These limited edition sculptural objects stand out for their technical precision and their ability to bring a sense of calm and harmony to the spaces they inhabit. This innovative collection reflects a balance between tradition and technology, achieving unique furniture pieces that connect design with profound emotions and cultural heritage.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The main challenge was materializing invisible sound frequencies into ergonomic and symbolic forms. Internally, the design had to balance cultural references and modern aesthetics. Externally, aluminum casting required precise execution to maintain both structural integrity and surface quality, blending experimental methods with traditional metalwork to achieve emotional resonance.
Nghiên Cứu: Experimental design research translated sound frequencies into visual and ergonomic forms using sound visualizers. Focused on emotional healing through interaction, the project mapped frequencies such as 432Hz and 741Hz into material patterns. Research participants reported enhanced sensory and emotional response. The study bridges aesthetics, psychology, and artisanal techniques for well-being through design.
Cảm Hứng: The idea is to explore how the intangible, like sound, can be transformed into a physical and perceptible form. Inspired by the transformative power of healing sound frequencies, Frequency 2.0 explores how resonance can be translated into physical form. Drawing from cymatics and spiritual acoustics, the project visualizes frequencies like 432Hz and 741Hz through sound visualizers, creating objects that channel emotional balance and clarity. The inspiration lies in creating emotional connections through sensory interaction and intentional form.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project began in January 2024 and concluded in May 2025 in Mexico City. Frequency 2.0 was presented in June 2025 as a continuation of Sebastian Angeles’ exploration of the relationship between sound and matter.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: Each piece invites tactile and emotional interaction. The chairs’ ergonomic shapes adapt to the body, offering comfort and symbolic resonance. The lamp creates ambient calm through diffused light, while the side table’s surface evokes harmony. Aluminum amplifies sensory cues with subtle vibrations, reinforcing the connection between user, space, and sound-based intention.
