לאגונאווערדע איז א וווינונג אינעווייניקסטער דיזיין פֿאר א דירה פֿון 1091 קוואדראט פֿיס מיט צוויי זאלן און צוויי צימערן. די צוויי זאלן זענען אפגעטיילט דורך פארשידענע שטח מאטעריאלן. די קיך איז האלב-אפן און אפגעטיילט דורך א גלאז טיר, וואס ברענגט מער טאג-ליכט אריין אין הויז און פארבינדט די קיך מיטן וווינצימער. דער קאָרידאָר איז געשטעלט לעבן דעם פענצטער און פארמירט א פאָרטש וואס פארברייטערט זיך ווען די גלאז טיר איז אפן. מאטעריאלן אנטהאלטן אייזן, ליים-ציגל, האלץ, לאמינאט און וויניל פליצל. ווענט און שאפעס פארבינדן שניי-דאלאמיט טעקסטור, בלומיקע ליניעס און גאלדענע דעטאלן.

LagunaVerde וווינונג אינעווייניקסטער דיזיין איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין בראָנדז, אַן העכסט פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו אויסגעצייכנטע דיזײַנס וואָס שטעכן אַרויס מיט קרעאַטיוויטעט, דערפֿינדונג און קלוגשאַפֿט. בראָנדז-געווינער זענען זייער בקיאותדיקע און אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק קרעאַטיווע אַרטיפֿאַקטן וואָס באַשטעטיקן די ברייטע דערפֿאַרונג, פֿאַנטאַזיע און דערפֿינדונג-קראַפֿט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון LagunaVerde וווינונג אינעווייניקסטער דיזיין ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ הויך געשעצטע, באַוווּנדערטע און ליבע זאַך וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין בראָנדז פֿאַראײניקט די בעסטע פּראַקטיקן אין קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע, און איז אויסגעצייכנט פֿאַר זײַן אויפֿמערקזאַמקייט צו דעטאַלן. The two halls are clearly separated by different floor materials. The whole house is mainly concise, with elegant layout, snow dolomite texture, cloth color and floral lines on the walls and cabinets, and then decorated with gold. - מאָסן און פּאַקונג

- The most difficult creative challenge consisted in the integration the corridors move near the window.

- The designer optimised aspects of the project utilising Environmental Design Studies (EDS).Corridors were also capitalised to allow cross ventilation in the common and private areas.

- After the kitchen has been opened to a semi-open style and then separated by a glass door, it adds extra daylight to the room, while indirectly integrat- ing the kitchen space into the living room, providing visitors with extra poly feet and giving another life. The route, from the kitchen through the corridor, does not interfere with the family watching TV. From the kitchen, you can always look into the study room in the bedroom area, and the visual space is much improved. Move the corridor to

Move the corridor to the right window sill, and divide the corridor space into the porch and the bedroom. The porch is separated by a glass door, which increases the flexibility of the space. When the glass door is opened, the space of the porch can be extended to the corridor, or Sitting on the window sill, or as a porch, talking in the sun in the sun, very freehand
