Nípa Fred Ẹgba

Ọpọlọpọ awọn oriṣiriṣi awọn afikọti ati awọn ọgagun: awọn aṣapẹrẹ, goolu, ṣiṣu, olowo poku ati gbowolori… ṣugbọn lẹwa bi wọn ṣe jẹ, gbogbo wọn jẹ irọrun ati awọn afikọti nikan. Fred jẹ nkan diẹ sii. Awọn cuffs wọnyi ni ayedero wọn sọji awọn ọlọla ti igba atijọ, sibẹ wọn jẹ igbalode. Wọn le wọ lori awọn ọwọ igboro bakanna lori aṣọ wiwọ siliki kan tabi siweta dudu kan, ati pe wọn yoo ṣafikun ifọwọkan ti kilasi si ẹniti o wọ wọn. Awọn egbaowo wọnyi jẹ alailẹgbẹ nitori wọn wa bi bata. Wọn jẹ imọlẹ pupọ ti o jẹ ki wọ wọn ni ifura. Nipa wọ wọn, ọkan yoo shurely ṣe akiyesi!

Fred Ẹgba jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Fàdákà A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ onípọ̀nlé lọ́nà àrà ọ̀tọ̀ tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe ìpele gíga jùlọ tó dára tó sì ń kan ọkàn. Àwọn olùborí Fàdákà jẹ́ àwọn iṣẹ́ tó ń tàn yòò gidigidi tó sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá púpọ̀ tí wọ́n ń ṣàfihàn ìmọ̀ ìjìnlẹ̀, ẹ̀bùn àti ìmọ̀ràn àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Fred Ẹgba yóò jẹ́ iṣẹ́ àgbàyanu, àpẹẹrẹ rere, ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun jinlẹ̀. Àwòṣe tó borí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Fàdákà A' Design Award yìí jẹ́ ohun ìmúṣẹ̀dá tó hàn gbangba gidigidi tí a mọrírì tó ń ṣe anfàní tó sì ń tì ààlà iṣẹ́ ọnà, sáyẹ́ǹsì, àwòṣe àti ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ síwájú. Fred Ẹgba jẹ́ ẹ̀dá tí ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ ń ṣe ìlara, tó ń jí ìfẹ́ inú, tó ń mú ìmọ̀lára rere wá tó sì ń jí ìyàlẹ́nu àti ìyanu.

Àkójọ Ìròyìn

Àwọn ẹ̀tọ́, àwọn ọmọ ẹgbẹ́ àti àlàyé ìmọ̀ ẹ̀rọ tí olùṣàpẹrẹ pèsè.

Àwọn Ohun Àkànṣe: These bracelets are unique because they come as a pair. They are very light which makes their wearing comfortable
Ìwọ̀n àti Àpò: Dimension, Package and Technical properties: Cuffs are 13 cm long, 12 cm high and 6 cm wide. They come in pair and are packed in an orange - pink protective pouch tied with the orange bow.

Ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ Ìṣelọ́pọ̀: Cuffs are made out of light white plastic used for billboards.
Ìpèníjà Àpèsè: The real challenge was finding the way to bend the material at home without professional machines and to find something that would look as a cuff link. But it also was a work with many gleeful errors.
Ìwádìí: The research was focused on finding the right dimension for the cuffs and finding the way to make something weareable out of the material ment for something else.
Ìmísí: The inspiration: I often go to the theatre and like to dress for the occasion. I like to have something new and different every time I go. Once while I was thinking what to wear this time, there was a movie with Fred Astaire on the TV. I saw his sleek suit, his cuffs… and voila – the idea was born! I remembered cuffs and plastrons worn by men in the last century and decided to revive it in a modern way, this time as a part o woman garment.
Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe: The project started in March of 2012. in Zagreb and was finished in two weeks. During that time I was trying to find out the right dimension for comfortable wearing bracelets and the way to bend the plastic at home.
Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́: The research was focused on finding the right dimension for the cuffs.
