關於 Wenzhou Vanke Center 商業及辦公大樓

溫州萬科中心係位於中國溫州鹿城區嘅一座商業及辦公大樓。設計運用咗「山水城市」嘅理念，將竹、山丘、溪流同小徑等傳統中國元素融入現代建築結構當中。立面由陶瓷板、鋁板同印花玻璃組成，配以燈光瀑布、石形台階同鋁製竹形裝飾。臨水廣場同大台階將商舖同附近嘅公園連接埋一齊，東側嘅樹木則有助降低噪音。頂層設有跑道，為使用者提供運動同休憩嘅空間。

獨特屬性: Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

設計挑戰: The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.
靈感: Chinese traditional paitings are the most important inspiration for the design. With a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminum bamboos, the building calls back the old times using modern materials.
項目時長: The project started in November 2018 in Wenzhou and finished in September 2020 in Wenzhou,China.
操作流程: In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
