درباره Residential Building طراحی داخلی مهمان‌نوازی
ساختمان مسکونی یک پروژه طراحی داخلی برای بنایی متعلق به قرن هفدهم در گذرگاه کنار دریاچه در اوبرلینگن، آلمان است. این ساختمان از سال ۱۹۵۷ میزبان یک رستوران بوده است. بازسازی، تاریخچه‌ی این بنا را حفظ می‌کند و روش‌های پایدار را به کار می‌گیرد. سازه‌های نگهدارنده‌ی موجود بازسازی شدند و مبلمان تاریخی کاربردی تازه یافت. تیرهای چوبی و نشان‌های قدیمی در فضای داخلی ادغام شدند. رنگ‌های آبی در ناحیه‌ی بار بازتاب‌دهنده‌ی رنگ‌های دریاچه هستند و پنجره‌های بزرگ‌شده، دیدهایی گسترده به سوی آب می‌گشایند.

- The building at Seepromenade 11 in Ueberlingen, dating back to the 17th century, has housed a restaurant since 1957 and has been owned by the Oexle family since 1920. The renovation preserved its history while embracing sustainability, with upcycled structural elements and repurposed furniture. The lakeside location influenced the design, with colors and materials reflecting the water’s hues. Enlarged windows offer stunning views, strengthening the connection between the building and the lake.

This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
