کاسا تپانیاکی یک رستوران ژاپنی تپانیاکی است که در سوژو، چین واقع شده است. فضای تجاری آن ۲۲۰ متر مربع را در بر می‌گیرد و به پنج میز تپانیاکی و یک اتاق ناهارخوری خصوصی تقسیم شده است. ارتفاع سقف به پنج متر می‌رسد و یک نورگیر سقفی نور روز را به عمق فضای داخلی می‌رساند. صفحه پخت آهنی به شکل نیم‌دایره طراحی شده تا وزن بصری تجهیزات کاهش یابد. مواد به‌کاررفته شامل کاشی‌های کف با جلوه مرمر سفید، سازه قاب فولادی و مرمر خاکستری است. پوشش‌های دیواری اسپری‌شده و خطوط چوبی گرمایی به فضا می‌بخشند.

- فرایند عملیاتی
- The restaurant has good views and light. Concrete walls and wooden tables set the tone for the rural setting. The light above the table is adjusted to soften any harsh shadows. All Spaces are carefully considered for vegetation and outdoor landscape. The warm color dominates the space, and the comfortable feeling is fixed by the fireplace in the middle.
