Is pobal beag cultúrtha agus tráchtála uirbeach í Beiguan Li a tógadh i Qiqihar, an tSín. Clúdaíonn an suíomh 10,000 méadar cearnach agus tá sé suite in aice le Sráid Bukui Thuaidh agus an loch in aice láimhe.
