4.56 JVPD ha'e peteĩ ógape oikoha oĩva Juhu-pe, Mumbai-pe. Pe óga oguereko apartamento porãitereí, peteĩ apartamento peteĩteĩ hendápe ha mokõi apartamento duplex. Pe losa post-tensionada ombogue tekotevẽha umi viga rehegua, upéicha peteĩteĩ pisova oĩ column-'ỹre ha umi hi'ápe ikatu ojeplaneka heta tekoichaguápe. Umi ovetã tuichaite ha ijurajáva oikuaauka ára resa ha ykuaa jehasa peteĩteĩ apartamentope. Peteĩ ascensor ijeheguíva oñembo'y voi peteĩteĩ óga ryepýpe. Pe óga oguahẽ 52.9 metros yvate, ojoguáva pe límite ojehaíva pe aeropuerto funnel zone ykére oĩva rupi.

Mba'e Iñambuéva: The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors.
Tuichakue ha Ñemyenyhẽ: The building in 52.9M in Height with each apartment 27.5M in length X 10.5M in breadth.

Ñeapopy Tecnología: The apartments are made with Post tensioned slabs
Diseño Jepy'apy: The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
Ñesẽheka: The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
Inspiración: Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
Proyecto Ára Tuichakue: the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.
Mba'apo Rape: The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
