Terrace 集合住宅について

テラスは、ブラジル・サンタカタリーナ州ピサーラスに位置するリゾートマンションです。25階建てで59戸を有し、高さ87メートル、延床面積11,179平方メートルを誇ります。各住戸には海に面した広々としたテラスが設けられ、連続するテラスが一体的なファサードを形成し、地上階と最上部の共用テラスを結びつけています。基壇部には打ち放しの鉄筋コンクリートを用い、住戸のフレームにはスライディングパネルを組み合わせました。このデザインは、かつて敷地に建っていた古いビーチハウスから着想を得ています。

独自の特性: What differentiates Terrace from the others, its direct competitors in the city of Picarras, Santa Catarina, Brazil; it is its monolithic design with the repetition of terraces, which connect the ground floor with its connection with the beach, up to the upper collective terrace.

製造技術: Basically the Terrace is based on the use of exposed reinforced concrete at its base in counterpoint with the high technology of sliding panels in the apartment frames, as well as the entire leisure area (over the garages and on the upper terrace). We bring in this project a duality, between exposed concrete and natural materials with the high technology of the frames and finishes of the apartments.
デザインの課題: The research has always been based on contemporary design, where the user is part of the process, even after the construction of the building. We seek in the conceptual bases of the participative design, the premises for the creation of this project, allied in the technological bases and the thought of the relationship of this project with the future.
リサーチ: The design research focuses on the use of balconies and how they interact with the facade, with the aim of transforming the relationship of a residential building into a visual landmark on the beach that will be built. Data collection was carried out by searching for images of similar projects and monolithic design, presenting as a real result in business and society, the direct relationship of users and pedestrians, in and around them, as an icon.
インスピレーション: This project was inspired by the old beach houses, which were on the site, where they always had balconies and terraces facing the sea. This great detail was the inspiration behind the project.
プロジェクト期間: The project started in October 2020 in Itajai and was completed in August 2021 in Itajai, and construction began in December 2021 in the city of Picarras / SC - Brazil, with the schedule for completion of the work for November 2024.
オペレーションフロー: Terrace allows the user to have apartments in a luxury condominium, facing the sea, with the characteristics of a residence with a large balcony - terrace, where the environments are connected by this large space.
