- The Oak House wants to be a project that integrates well into the environment, in fact the choice to develop the house only on an above-ground floor with a flat roof is due both to the ease of maintenance and to having less impact on the environment; the atrium is a bright and cool summer patio in the basement. To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.

- The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
