هارټ اِن بلوم (ګل شوی زړه) یوه ګوته ده چې له ۱۸ عیاره سرو زرو څخه جوړه شوې او پکې د زړه په بڼه ۱.۱ قیراطه شفتالو رنګه یاقوت (سفایر) لګول شوی دی. د دې خلاصه او غیر متناظره جوړښت د ګوتو د بېلابېلو اندازو سره برابرېږي او د وزن د متوازن وېش له لارې ثابت پاتې کېږي. یاقوت د یوه ثابت مرکزي ټکي په توګه نه دی چلند شوی، بلکې د هغو ښاخونو په منځ کې راڅرګندېږي چې کاڼی په نیمه توګه احاطه کوي. مجسمه ډوله ښاخونه بهر ته غزېږي او داسې طبقهبندي شوې اړیکې جوړوي چې د سپکوالي احساس رامنځته کوي. کله چې د لیدلو زاویه بدلېږي، د ښاخونو او کاڼي ترمنځ فضايي اړیکې هم بدلېږي.

As the viewing angle shifts, spatial relationships evolve, creating a dynamic visual effect. The asymmetrical composition disrupts a singular viewing path, allowing the act of wearing to become part of the experience.
