Built around a customized integrated door, wall, and cabinet system, this residential space seamlessly combines living, social, display, and relaxation. Using the linear design in architecture, the space brings together cabinets, wall panels, display modules, and lighting to create a cohesive and multifunctional living environment. The design emphasizes proportion control, spatial arrangement, and material texture choices, achieving a balance between practicality and personalization.

Using oak synchronously printed wood grain veneer, elegant microcrystalline fabric textured veneer, and dark red veneer, paired with glass and metal components, it creates a layered material palette. The synchronously printed wood grain mimics the texture of wood. The fabric textured veneer combines dense fabriclike texture with a subtle microcrystalline sheen, adding a fine touch. Frameless glass doors and metal shelves used in display areas add a sense of lightness and openness.

The challenge was to overcome the monotony and flatness in traditional dual veneer panels. By combining wood grain veneer with fabric textured veneer, the design gives the industrial panels a richer tactile and visual quality. The use of consistent proportions and decorative veneers strengthens the overall structure of the space. The suspension cabinets, staggered wall panels, and 36 mm thick decorative panels work together to create an architectural sense of order.

In compact urban homes, traditional layouts that assign a single function to each zone no longer meet the varied needs of modern living. Urban families now care more about the overall look of their homes and how the space supports daily life and personal lifestyle. The residential space addresses this by connecting storage, display, and everyday activity space, ensuring the home feels comfortable and harmonious.
ᱯᱨᱮᱨᱚᱱᱟ
As homes are no longer designed just for living, but also to reflect personal taste and lifestyle, this space reorganizes layout by removing the boundary between different areas. Inspired by modern architecture, it uses horizontal and vertical linear designs to create a clear layout. Warm materials and colors are introduced, mainly earthy tones with dark red as an accent, to balance a structured look with a warm atmosphere.

Designed and developed in Guangzhou in January 2025, this project was launched in China in January 2026.

The space connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony. This layout creates a natural circular flow, allowing for easy movement between different zones. Storage and display zones lead into the social living room, which transitions into the interactive dining area and kitchen, and finally opens onto the relaxing balcony. The bar counter supports cooking and social interaction, enhancing family engagement, while the balcony coffee corner offers a quiet place for relaxation.
