In order to enable the users to better maintain the ambiance of each space, the lighting, curtains and air conditioning are controlled by implementing an integrated Smart home systems.
Lu'itau o le Mamanu: Custom made and designed items (furniture and all wooden segments) are the results of multifunctional use and modern-traditional concept. Porch wants to do the most applications in one limited old house. Implementing Sustainable material in all the aspects whether it is the furniture or the auxiliary systems.
Su'esu'ega: Transformation of a family house into a traditionally inspired modern Design PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The unique curves result in a traditionally inspired design.
