Hong Hai Ju Plaza na SCPG Incity ni mchanganyiko wa mijini wenye matumizi mchanganyiko ulioko katikati ya jiji la Ji'nan, nchini China. Maendeleo haya yanaunganisha kituo cha ununuzi, eneo la maisha la nje, ofisi, hoteli na vyumba vya kuishi katika eneo la mita za mraba 59,100. Kona ya kaskazini-mashariki imefunguliwa kama uwanja wa kitamaduni, ukitazamana na Kanisa Kuu la Hongjialou, alama ya kihistoria ya jiji hili. Katikati ya uwanja huo kunasimama Sister House iliyofanyiwa ukarabati, ambayo ina umri wa miaka mia moja na inaashiria sehemu ya kuingilia. - Creating energetic urban public space with pedestrian friendly scale while respecting the existing urban context is the core design principle for this large scale urban complex. We opened up the northeast corner of the site, right cross street from Hongjialou Cathedral which is a historical landmark of the city, and dedicated it as a cultural plaza. At the center of this plaza is the renovated 100-year-old Sister House. This unique experience marks the entry point. The outdoor shopping precinct offers services and opportunities in culture, leisure and entertainment, it is an attractive new hub and the new landmark in Ji’nan that attracts a wide range of customers and visitors. The outdoor district shares connections with indoor mall on multiple levels, which encourages a more diversified shopping experience.

- Located in the city center of Ji Nan, the project site is surrounded by historical buildings and crowded business district. By replacing existing popular but rather chaotic street shops with a massive new development, our goal is to not only introduce a modern indoor shopping mall for the neighborhood, but also continue and encourage the great tradition of vibrant urban sidewalks and public spaces.
