Kuhusu MGY Base Jengo la Ofisi

MGY Base ni jengo la ofisi kwa ajili ya chapa ya mavazi jijini Tokyo, Japani. Muundo huu unafuata wazo la kituo cha siri ambapo watu wanapenda kukusanyika. Ghorofa kuu ina urefu wa mita 6, na facade kubwa ya kioo inatoa mwonekano wa nafasi ya nusu-nje. Wavu wa waya kwenye orofa ya juu, taa za mtindo wa kiviwanda, na vifaa vilivyotengenezwa kwa chuma na miundo ya scaffolding vinasaidia dhima hiyo hiyo. Jengo lina muundo wa zege iliyoimarishwa (reinforced concrete) na eneo la jumla la sakafu la mita za mraba 124. Nafasi ya ndani iliyo wazi imekusudiwa kuhamasisha mawasiliano na kazi yenye ustarehe.

The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

High ceiling on the main floor reminiscent of the semi-outdoor, providing an open and comfortable atmosphere that eliminates the stuffiness of the office.
Unified with design ideas that make the brand playful, such as mesh mezzanine.
Msukumo: We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.

We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality.

Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
