Kuhusu Lixian Future Community Kazi ya Msingi: Uendelezaji wa Matumizi Mchanganyiko

Jumuiya ya Baadaye ya Lixian ni mpango wa muundo wa mijini kwa wilaya ya matumizi mchanganyiko iliyoko Quzhou, Mkoa wa Zhejiang, China. Mpango huu unaweka jukwaa juu ya kiwango cha usafiri wa jadi, ambapo mandhari ya bustani zimepangwa. Vikundi vya jumuiya vimewekwa katika vitalu vidogo vyenye msongamano mdogo na upandaji mimea mwingi, hivyo kuunda kipimo cha nafasi chenye kupendeza. Kituo cha ujirani kimeunganishwa na kituo cha mabasi ili kuunda mfumo unaozingatia usafiri unaounganisha nodi zote. Usanifu huu unachanganya vipengele vya jadi na vya kisasa cha baadaye na unasaidia maisha hai ya barabarani.

Lixian Future Community Kazi ya Msingi: Uendelezaji wa Matumizi Mchanganyiko ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima kubwa ya ajabu unaotolewa kwa miundo ya hali ya juu kabisa, ya kupendeza na ya kuvutia. Washindi wa Fedha ni kazi zinazong'aa mno na bunifu kupita kiasi zinazoonyesha utaalamu bora, kipaji na busara ya wabunifu wao. Lixian Future Community Kazi ya Msingi: Uendelezaji wa Matumizi Mchanganyiko inatarajiwa kuwa kazi nzuri ya kuigwa ambayo ni ya kitaalamu kwa kiasi kikubwa na yenye ubunifu wa kina. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award ni uvumbuzi unaojulikana sana na kupendwa, unaonufaisha na kupanua mipaka ya sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia. Sifa za Kipekee: This project attempts to construct a platform above the traditional transportation level, function as various garden landscapes.All community groups would be arranged in rhythmic orderings of low density,small block and abundant landscape to create a pleasant spatial scale.The architectural features have both the traditional and futuristic elements.Lixian community tries to dig out the street life to achieve a scenario of cosmopolitism where full of green, a land of idyllic beauty.
Vipimo na Ufungashaji: Research area: about 100 hectares, Core area: about 28.8 hectares.
Core area GFA: 644416 square meters.
Lebo: Future community, Neighborhood center, TOD Complex, Prefabricated building module, Urban design, Building lifecycle management.
Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: TOD mode is one of the essential highlights in the Lixian community, the local bus network would be connected to the bus terminal intergrating the neighborhood center, which would also organize the possible nurseries, rest home, entrepreneur hub or multifunctional space with specific cautious-planned civic infrastructures. Those elements together would create a complete TOD system that connects all the nodes and they are important parts to structure a whole Lixian community.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The huge mass of the residential architecture could lack spatial scales of humanity, isolating us from nature, alienating interpersonal relationship. Our exploration mainly relies in what could be the future living way suited for China?
During the design process, the key is to achieve the “three aspects” (humanization, ecologicalization, digitization) that contain “nine future scenes”: neighborhood, education, health, business, architecture, transportation, low-carbon, service and governance. Another key to the success of this project is the collaboration between the urban design team and the architecture team. Urban designers and architects work together from the initial stage of this project, to make sure the nine scenes of future community can be fully complemented throughout the process of the design activity.
Utafiti: Quzhou is located in the southeast of the Zhejiang province where not only has abundant landscape resources but also a famous cultural city with a long history and a shrine of southern Confucianism. Lixian community is adjacent to the central old neighborhood of Quzhou, where habitat condition needs to be upgraded thus the local government as the leading force has been eager to renew or reform these areas to create a unique future community atmosphere , based on people’s love and yearning for a better life.
Msukumo: Profound and lasting Chinese culture can be traced to the same origin. Confucianism takes cosmopolitism as the ideal status of society development. In cosmopolitism society, kids or youth would be well cared and educated, adults would have corresponding labour income, patients or vulnerable group would be cured, elder could be looked after, everyone has got the right place and satisfaction. Lixian community takes cosmopolitism as the design theme to explore an ideal community.
Muda wa Mradi: The project started in July 2019. It is located in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: Along the river there is a talent persons’ apartment, with a neighborhood center, bus terminals, or distinctive commercial programming in the lower floor. This project aims to strengthen the pride of servers by providing superior location, best landscape resources, better employment prospects and opportunities, as reward for their better service in future scenes. The development of Lixian culture will be made possible by improving and accentuating the importance of servers.
