Scarecrow ni drone ya kulinda mimea iliyobuniwa kwa matumizi katika mashamba. Drone hii hukamilisha shughuli za kunyunyizia dawa na kurejea kituoni kwake kupitia udhibiti wa mpango maalum. Muundo wa mihimili minane wenye hifadhi ya ziada (redundant) pamoja na algoriti ya kubadilika ya ulinzi wa nishati huruhusu ndege salama hata ikiwa mhimili mmoja utashindwa kufanya kazi. Mfumo wa sauti hucheza milio ya ndege ili kuwaondoa ndege mashambani bila kuwadhuru.
