Kuhusu IT Factory Usanifu wa Mambo ya Ndani wa Ofisi

IT Factory ni mambo ya ndani ya ofisi yaliyoundwa katika jengo la viwanda lililokarabatiwa jijini Kharkiv, Ukraine. Ofisi hii inashughulikia eneo la mita za mraba 4500 na inafanya kazi saa zote, kwa hiyo maeneo ya kufanyia kazi na maeneo ya kupumzika yamesawazishwa. Miundo iliyopo ya zege na vishikizo vya chuma vya magoti vilihifadhiwa na kutumika kama vipengele vya msisitizo vya mambo ya ndani. Nafasi yenye kimo maradufu katika ghorofa ya pili inaongeza sehemu za kufanyia kazi huku ikibakiza nafasi ya kupumzika. Mifumo mipya ya uingizaji hewa, upashaji joto na kiyoyozi inabaki ikionekana kama sehemu ya mambo ya ndani. Misisitizo ya rangi angavu na iliyopimwa huepusha uchovu wa kufanana.

Washindi wa Fedha ni kazi zinazong'aa mno na bunifu kupita kiasi zinazoonyesha utaalamu bora, kipaji na busara ya wabunifu wao. Sifa za Kipekee: The priority was to preserve the existing concrete structures and use them as accents of the interior space.The introduction of bright colour accents helped to avoid monotony and uniformity of spaces, as well as to visually refocus attention during the operation of the premises.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: Renovation of any old premises, as a rule, involves significant alterations of the engineering part. And this is one of the most difficult parts of the entire construction process. It is known that objects built during the Soviet era do not have modern ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. Thus, the new engineering networks have become an additional element of the space.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The most challenging in this project was deciding which construction to leave as it is, restorate or demolish. It was a priority to preserve the existing structures so that they could be used in the interior - for example, metal knee brace. But still some constructions required complete restoration - the walls of the second and third floors were built again. Using engineering systems and constructions allowed to create office identity and turn obstacles to advantage.
Msukumo: The main interest and inspiration for the studio is the very essence of the renovation project - the restoration of an empty space of an industrial building and the embodiment of a new life in it through the introduction of new functions.
Muda wa Mradi: Project started in September 2020 and finished January 2021, in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: The main factor for the formation of space is office working hours - it is open 24/7. Such an environment has to be comfortable, thus the balance of functional zones becomes as important as it’s set. To create in open space enough working places but save room for resting zones double-height space on the second floor was developed. Choosing a colour scheme the decision was to introduce bright but carefully measured accents, which don't take all the attention.
