Kuhusu Inner Emotional Home Muundo wa Ndani wa Makazi

Nyumba ya Hisia za Ndani ni muundo wa ndani wa makazi kwa ajili ya ghorofa ya duplex yenye eneo la mita za mraba 280 huko Shanghai. Mradi huu unarekebisha nyumba ya zamani na kutafuta usawa kati ya vipengele vya kisasa na mitindo ya zamani (retro). Ngazi ya awali iliyofungwa ilibadilishwa na ngazi inayoning'inia (suspended staircase). Uwanja, sebule, chumba cha kulia chakula, jikoni, chumba cha chai, na ghorofa ya pili vimeunganishwa, hivyo kufanya njia za mwendo kuwa laini zaidi na nafasi kuonekana wazi zaidi. Eneo la kulia chakula linachanganya jikoni, meza ya kifungua kinywa, chumba cha kulia chakula, na chumba cha chai mahali pamoja. Lengo ni kuunda nyumba yenye utulivu na joto la hisia.

Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Inner Emotional Home Muundo wa Ndani wa Makazi inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Inner Emotional Home Muundo wa Ndani wa Makazi inaheshimiwa kwa uangalifu wake na imebuniwa kutoa maboresho ya ubora wa maisha yanayosaidia kuufanya ulimwengu kuwa mahali bora zaidi.

Sifa za Kipekee: The project is aimed to remould old houses. We tried to find a suitable balance point between contemporary elements and retro styles. Burden alleviation of space was an important part of work when designing. We made design guidance more reasonable for functional routes, creating multiple life contexts for proprietors. There was no need to segment the space with specific lines. We tended to make the co-space interacts with each other in the functional degree by reasonable designs.

Lebo: duplex apartment, sustainable design, minimalism, new life
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The house was old with slightly deformed walls and some space was low in height. Facing those problems, it was hard for designers to make the space more open at the same time of keeping the original life styles of habitats.
Utafiti: The designers overturned the original spatial pattern and regrouped the functions. There were interactions between blocks, movement routes were therefore more fluent, space more open.The quality was calm and peaceful. Combined with oriental philosophy, the house was changed into a warm, emotional residential environment, bringing life back to how it was supposed to be. In the simplified space, we took into the collections of proprietors and built a home of their hearts.
Msukumo: Our inspiration comes from the idea of returning life to nature and taking our inner hearts to a peaceful stage. It’s not necessary to define residential space by styles. As long as there is high tolerance and forgiveness in the space, the special history that only belongs to the family can be seen there. Maybe this is how a inner emotional home should be，a place where life belongs to. It’s in our hope that the building can become the vessel of life, bringing those who have experienced much in life to calmness.
Muda wa Mradi: The project started in August 2019 in Shanghai and finished in November 2020 in Shanghai.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: We tore down the original closed stairs and changed it into suspending stairs. Yard, living room, dining room, kitchen, tearoom and space on second floor were connected. On one hand, the interactions between space were more evident; on the other hand, it presented a closer relationship between man and man, man and home, and man and nature. The dining area bore the function of more public activities. As planned and designed, it was an open and interactive living space that combines the four functions of kitchen, breakfast table, dining room and tearoom into one place.
