Nyumba katika Repino ni nyumba ya binafsi iliyoko Repino, mkoa wa Leningrad, Urusi. Nyumba hii ina eneo la jumla la mita za mraba 1000. Jumuiya ya makazi ya kifahari iliweka sheria moja madhubuti: makazi yote yalipaswa kufuata mtindo unaofanana na wa Wright. Muundo huu unazingatia sheria hiyo na kutafsiri mtindo huo kwa njia ya kipekee. Nyumba hii imeunganishwa na mandhari ya asili. Miti iliyopo imehifadhiwa kadri inavyowezekana, na baadhi ya miti hupita katikati ya vifuniko vya paa ili kuunda mdundo na uhusiano wa karibu zaidi kati ya usanifu majengo na asili. Mawe, mbao na chuma ni vifaa vikuu vilivyotumika.

Washindi wa Dhahabu ni kazi bunifu mno, zenye maono makubwa na za kung'aa kwa umaridadi zinazoakisi kipaji, hekima na ustadi wa wabunifu wao. House in Repino Nyumba ya Binafsi inatarajiwa kuwa uvumbuzi unaosifiwa sana, wa kuweka mielekeo na wa kihistoria unaoleta thamani isiyo na kifani. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Dhahabu ya A' Design Award ni mradi wa kustaajabisha na unaoheshimika unaonufaisha sana na kupanua mipaka ya sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia. House in Repino Nyumba ya Binafsi huzua hisia kali za hamu, huamsha shauku, huhimiza ubunifu na hutuvutia.

- The house with a total area of 1000 sq. m is located in Repino, Leningrad region. The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. The result is a completely original project but with consideration of this requirement. The house is well integrated into the landscape. The aim is to preserve as many existing trees as possible; some of them will go through the canopies to create a unique rhythm and better architecture&nature relationship.

- The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. This requirement was taken into consideration but interpreted.

- The main source of inspiration was the unique natural environment of the region. For the project, the natural materials were chosen: stone characteristic to the local environment, wood, and metal. All of them will change in time for architecture to fuse with the natural environment.

- The project has started in 2020 and still in progress. The location is Repino, Leningrad region, Russia.

- The house is planned around the center where is living room placed. To reach other rooms, the user will have to pass by the “main square”, the heart of the house. The rest of the functional program of the house is made of kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for inhabitants and guests, 2 children’s rooms, changing room, SPA with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna, cabinet, lounge zone.
Every room, including SPA, master bedroom, and children’s rooms, has an access to the individual terraces. The central outdoor lounge zone with a fireplace and a summer kitchen is without a canopy.
On the site, there are a guest block with two guest bedrooms; technical facilities, a garage with the staff facility, and a workshop. - Hataza
