Terrace ni jengo la ghorofa za likizo lililoko Picarras, Santa Catarina, Brazili. Jengo hilo lina vitengo 59 kwenye ghorofa 25, linafikia urefu wa mita 87 na linatoa eneo la ujenzi la mita za mraba 11,179. Kila ghorofa inajumuisha mtaro mkubwa unaoelekea baharini, na mitaro hiyo inayorudiwa inaunda facade moja imara inayounganisha ghorofa ya chini na mtaro wa pamoja wa juu. We bring in this project a duality, between exposed concrete and natural materials with the high technology of the frames and finishes of the apartments.

We seek in the conceptual bases of the participative design, the premises for the creation of this project, allied in the technological bases and the thought of the relationship of this project with the future.

- The design research focuses on the use of balconies and how they interact with the facade, with the aim of transforming the relationship of a residential building into a visual landmark on the beach that will be built. Data collection was carried out by searching for images of similar projects and monolithic design, presenting as a real result in business and society, the direct relationship of users and pedestrians, in and around them, as an icon.

- This project was inspired by the old beach houses, which were on the site, where they always had balconies and terraces facing the sea. This great detail was the inspiration behind the project.
