Union Industrial ni jengo la makao makuu ya kampuni iliyobuniwa kwa ajili ya kampuni inayozalisha vipengele vya kielektroniki. Sehemu ya nje imefunikwa na ukuta wa pazia (curtain wall) uliotengenezwa kwa mabamba ya chuma cha pua yenye matobo, ambayo yanakumbusha taswira ya bodi za mzunguko zilizochapishwa (printed circuit board) na nembo ya kampuni. Pazia hili la chuma linatoa kivuli ndani ya jengo, huku watu walio ndani wakiweza bado kuhisi mwanga wa nje na hali ya hewa. Tabaka tatu za rangi ya kuoka za floridi ya kaboni (fluorocarbon) zinapatia mabamba hayo mng'ao pamoja na uwezo wa kustahimili hali ya hewa. Moreover, the design team takes into account the building bulk ratio and coverage ratio, as well as aesthetics and functionality, they plan the patio in the middle of the building to allow sunlight to reach every floor. As for the balconies, they have orange, brown, and blue color flashing grilles to show a bright look and provide ventilation.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: Building materials: reinforced concrete structure, f1 fire-resistance building materials, stainless steel perforated plates, iron parts, transparent glass, resin coatings, solar panels, three-layer fluorocarbon baking paint, etc. The fluorocarbon baking paint on perforated plates has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance. It does not fade easily and has a long service life of more than 20 years. Moreover, because the perforated plates are coated with three layers of fluorocarbon baking paint, their color is saturated and bright.

The exterior wall coating is created by hand scraping and roller tools. Special light-colored paint is applied evenly to the exterior wall with a roller and then reapplied by the grooves on the roller or by tying a rubber band to create a unique pattern. As for the rain shed on the first floor, in addition to the QR code linking to the company website, solar panels are installed as the power source for the door sign.
Msukumo: The client's business is electronic components, which are closely related to metal. The project uses metal perforated plates to show the printed circuit board imagery and combines it with the corporate logo to create a metal curtain wall. The sunlight reflects different looks through the metal curtain, allowing the logo to be indirectly projected on the building, presenting an eye-catching headquarters building with a sense of technology and modernity.
