Kuhusu Feixi New Energy Hifadhi ya Viwanda
Hifadhi ya Viwanda ya Akili ya Magari ya Nishati Mpya ya Feixi ni jengo la ofisi na viwanda lililoko Hefei, Mkoa wa Anhui, China. Hifadhi hii inashughulikia mita za mraba 46,223.8 na inajumuisha majengo mawili ya ofisi, mkahawa, ukumbi wa maonyesho na jengo la njia ya kupita. Njia za kupita zenye mikunjo zinaunganisha maumbo ya majengo ya moduli na kuunda mazungumzo ya kijiometri kati yao. Sehemu za ukuta wa pazia zinatumia kioo cha utupu na kioo cha utoaji mdogo wa joto ili kuboresha uzuiaji wa joto na kupunguza mng'ao. Upandaji wa mimea juu ya paa, mimea ya wima na upandaji wa kiwango cha ardhi husaidia kudhibiti hali ya hewa ndogo ya eneo hilo.

Washindi wa Shaba ni kazi za ufundi mwingi na bunifu ya kushangaza zinazothibitisha uzoefu mpana, mawazo na ustadi wa wabunifu wao. Feixi New Energy Hifadhi ya Viwanda inatarajiwa kuwa kitu kinachothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambacho ni cha kitaalamu na bunifu kwa kiasi kikubwa. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Shaba ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora katika sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia, na ni bora kwa umakini wake kwa undani. - Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park is a distinctive and forward-thinking architectural complex with a total gross floor area of 46,223.8 m2. The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment.

- The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

- Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji
- Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.

- The development of Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park also aims to create a green and sustainable office industrial park. The project seeks to convey the concepts of energy conservation, environmental protection, and sustainable development to the public, promote the adoption and advancement of green building technologies, and make a positive contribution to environmental protection and sustainable development across society.

- In addition to strategies for the sustainable reuse of building spaces and materials, the design incorporates a multi layered ecological landscape system (including rooftop greening, vertical greenery, and ground level landscape belts) to regulate the microclimate, reduce the urban heat island effect, and enhance the park’s resilience to climate change.

From the cultural symbolism of Wood and Stone to the theme of Dialogue Between Nature and Technology, the design thoughtfully integrates the core values sustainability, diversity, and techconology forward thinking into both architecture and interior spaces. It envisions a new model of future workplace that blends ecology, comfort, personalization, and environmental consciousnes.
