Borgio Verezzi ni jengo la makazi lenye sakafu ishirini na mbili, katika jiji la Caxias do Sul, kwenye kusini kabisa mwa Brazil. Uchaguzi wa bidhaa ya makazi tofauti ulikuwa imani ya mtoa maendeleo na kampuni ya usanifu wa majengo tangu tafiti zake za awali. Kwa muundo wa kiasi, jengo limeundwa kwa gogo la wima ambalo limeondolewa vipande katika kona zake ambapo varanda zake zimewekwa. Varanda hizi zimesukumwa na kunyooshwa ili kupata mtazamo mzuri zaidi na mwanga wa jua kwa kila ngazi.

Borgio Verezzi Jengo la Makazi ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Dhahabu ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima kuu unaotolewa kwa miundo ya daraja la kwanza, ya ajabu na ya kuvutia. Washindi wa Dhahabu ni kazi bunifu mno, zenye maono makubwa na za kung'aa kwa umaridadi zinazoakisi kipaji, hekima na ustadi wa wabunifu wao. Borgio Verezzi Jengo la Makazi inatarajiwa kuwa uvumbuzi unaosifiwa sana, wa kuweka mielekeo na wa kihistoria unaoleta thamani isiyo na kifani. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Dhahabu ya A' Design Award ni mradi wa kustaajabisha na unaoheshimika unaonufaisha sana na kupanua mipaka ya sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia. Borgio Verezzi Jengo la Makazi huzua hisia kali za hamu, huamsha shauku, huhimiza ubunifu na hutuvutia.

Sifa za Kipekee: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample
vertical monolith with suppressed volumes at its corners,
where are located great balconies that end up diminishing the
volume. The balconies are pushed and stretched for better
viewing and sunlight of each plane.
Vipimo na Ufungashaji: The development consists of a residential building with
twenty-two floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 280.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with four
suites. Social area with
more than 110.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a
large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 1431,90 square meters and the Gross Area: 10.190,00 square meters.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, granites, apparent concrete and double glasses were used in the facades and other areas.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Utafiti: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. With this, arose the proposal of an authorial architecture that dialogue with the art and with plastic artists of the region. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Msukumo: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Muda wa Mradi: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
