Seotun Saram ni kiolesura cha programu ya simu kinachounganisha watu wanaotafuta ushauri wa kisaikolojia na washauri wataalamu wenye sifa stahiki. Jina hilo linarejelea mtu ambaye bado hajawa na ujuzi, na huduma hii inafuata wazo kwamba kila mtu huanza kwa ugumu. Hadithi ya kufikirika inaeleza mchakato wa ushauri kwa njia rahisi kwa watumiaji wasiofahamu vizuri kuhusu ushauri.
